Jika anda sedang mengalami masalah saat install aplikasi yaitu ada pesan error " Failed to connect to SQL Database " ini adalah maslah pada Database Engine, maka berikut solusi tepat untuk anda ( karena saya juga pernah mengalaminya ) :
click Start, click Administrative Tools, click Services, and scroll to SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER). If it is not started, right-click the service, select Properties, in Startup Type select Automatic, click Apply, click Start, and then click OK.
